For interested parties a new caucus is being formed called , “RECLAIM AMERICAN JOBS.? The American people need to fight back against the illegal immigration occupation, before it too late. Our nation is suffocating under the relentless invasion, that our politicians have ignored for decades. For reasons beyond most peoples understanding, they have blocked any successful way of restriction of foreign nationals that have swarmed into every community in this nation. The numbers from government sources and other biased sources proclaim there are only 10 million, with numbers dwindling. However nobody in there right mind believes these numbers, as they have drudged up consistently over the last 10 years ago, without any change.. Tuscon Border Agency says for every one person, that is apprehended 9 disappear into our country. My guess by that, the numbers are infinitely far more. In the neighborhood of 20 to 30 million. 8 million illegal workers at the least escaping detection in the job market and that’s why we need E-Verify?

Perhaps that is why our government has sided with the business sector, to just identify–ONLY–new hires. Therefore, millions are not discovered, because they are already working somewhere.undetected. Federal, state county and city don’t want you to know, who has already slipped past any enforcement process. I suggest that’s why E-Verify has become a menace to corporate welfare. But E-Verify had gained plenty of momentum, and the Democratic leadership led by Sen. Reid, Speaker Pelosi couldn’t slip it past public awareness or popularity amongst HONEST BUSINESSMAN. Even Republicans cannot shift the whole blame on Democrats, as equal indifference must be attributed to both politico’s..

Now we the American people must contend with another Amnesty, Assuming President Obama can force it through. but who pays for the millions already here, or those who try to slip past before the signing. Another amnesty just means more will try to get here, thinking a third will be past at some future date. Not just the overworked border agency, but expired tourist and students at airports. So much is involved in processing new immigrants, that the whole weight falls on the taxpayers. Once here they can sponsor more family members, including those who would spend uncompensated time in emergency rooms. Another burden for luckless taxpayers. This really is the time when jobless American or any citizen and legal resident needs be a member of RECLAIM AMERICAN JOBS caucus. Only together can we stop this travesty of our immigration laws? E-Verify Software

Westat, a research company was hired to evaluate the E-Verify software for the Homeland Security Department to identify illegal labor cheating the system. The company stated that E-Verify missed so many illegal workers mainly because it cannot detect identity fraud. But then anybody with one brain cell in their head E-Verify is only as good as the databases it uses? Of course it not perfected yet? But then if 9 out of 10 illegal illegal immigrants slip though the US Border patrol gauntlet, according to the Arizona Tuscon sector, as that’s not 100 percent proof either? Work out those illegal alien numbers for yourself for those who are never snared? It’s millions each year. That why the tired old number of 12 million living here unrestrained, makes no sense either? Its the duty of every law abiding citizen or resident. National Security

September 11, 2001 should have been the fulcrum to seal the borders tight? Instead of roll playing by our government and not pandering to Wall Street and the open border agenda. The National Guard should have been stationed along our national fronts and not sent to some far distant country? The previous administrations along with the latest groups in Washington, preferred to put American lives in Jeopardy. Just as always campaign contributions come first, disregarding the “Rule of Law.” and restricting access to our nation. September 11, should have been the turning point when instead of building a one-fence system, its original planning should have commenced under the guidance Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-Ca). His initial design should never have been compromised by political collusion with the parasite business organizations. The construction of two separate fences, with open location between the rows for the rapid movement of US Border Patrol and the National Guard for picketing in between.

We now need a commitment from those in power to enforcing our immigration laws. But as usual American safety comes–LAST–behind the unceasing lines of illegal aliens and their families. As Usual its left for taxpayers to forfeit extra taxes to pay the financial tab for supporting the millions of illegal immigrants, when it should be the–BUSINESS–partnership with rogue politicians and the National business organizations that–SHOULD BE DEMANDED–to pay for their upkeep? After all the ordinary man/women in the street, never welcomed them here? All border states live on the edge of a smoldering volcano, ready to erupt at any time. California is broke, followed by Arizona in a close race to insolvency.Whereas Arizona has just past harsh laws to stop illegal aliens taking legal residents jobs and the sponging mechanism of welfare entitlements. But the California Liberals in Sacramento cannot justify in saving their State from financial crisis caused partly by the illegal immigration invasion. Partly by unparalleled incompetence. Perhaps the California governor is correct, even though is critics say no, to building prisons in Mexico. It would rid California of dangerous gangs that have permeated the State and elsewhere, like a toilet that hasn’t been flushed for years? Now America security is at stake, by cultivating free trade with Mexico with the free movement of goods. This is not limited to border security, but our shipping container ports that are not sufficiently guarded either from some murdering religious zealot smuggling in a nuclear devise. Our legislators are deliberately ignoring the chance of dangerous incursions by foreign nationals with those murdering intentions. Once the twin towers fell, politicians should have enforced our Northern and Southern borders, to even rescinding The Posse Comitatus Act, by a vote of Congress and placing our regular military on the thin national line. In our immediate future, when terrorists attack our nation–this is When and not If? The ultimate blame will be with pariah business organizations, many unions, faith groups with the leaders usurping of US Immigration law from the Vatican, open border organizations and anti-American groups as with La Raza. El Quada planned the monstrous nightmare in New York for many years, as they will again–biding their time. Their patience is unnerving, because they will wait until our guard is down. They are very aware that some politicians will sacrifice Americans in the name of free trade and gorging on imported cheap goods, while our own exports remain stagnant.

Now we hear that Ben laden is making inquiries of Weapons of Mass Destruction around the world. Likely he is looking to Russia–the old Soviet Union, where many WMD’s have remain unaccounted for in military inventories. Politicians like Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Janet Napolitano have left us wide open to a terrorist attack, because of massive underfunding of the border walls and immigration as a whole. E-Verify which can in the majority of cases identify illegal immigrants. 287 (G) giving our police forces the right to question any suspicious individual and detain them for ICE. The fact that drug dealers in Mexico are collaborating with foreign combatants, to infiltrate the United States. However, now the have moved into the narcotics battle in major cities, but are also involved in human trafficking and other obnoxious crimes.

Yet our border remains very flimsy against any assault upon this sovereign country. However, we are also a nation of laws and government should not adopt policies that encourage illegal immigration. Providing driver’s licenses and in-state tuition to illegal immigrant families will act as a magnet in drawing more people here in violation of the law and it will impose new costs on taxpayers. Can Americans and permanent residents conceivably imagine, that before President Obama signs into law this Comprehensive Immigration Reform. Millions of desperate people will try and cross the border fence? This is just as they did when President Ronald Reagan occupied the same Oval Office in 1986? Under the authorship of Senator Ted Kennedy, the number of illegal immigrants ready to be processed, instantly accelerated in numbers as they came out of the woodwork. After a promise of NO MORE AMNESTIES–after the Simpson/Mozzoli bill was pending, the obsolete Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) was suddenly overwhelmed by unknown numbers of illegal aliens, who fraudulently adjusted their status to legal immigrant through bogus documentation.

The law stated you had to have resided on US soil for five years and able to prove it? Simple counterfeit documents were produced attesting to being in the country for that period. Once processed Millions deserted the agricultural jobs and spilled into the legitimate American labor force. Then the deluge of family members wanted to come and now America has not only become the land of fraudulent opportunity, but insipid politicians have allowed free access to American’s education, health care and outlandish welfare dollars estimated in the hundreds of billions each year. Now the lawmakers who have suckled though gross negligence on poor enforcement of the border, to just complete and utter indifference to the American worker. This almost instantaneous infusion of discount labor, lowered wages and other benefits for the populace, producing unfair competition in employment for black, white, brown labor on the minimum wage scale. Its outrageous that roofing companies, dry wall, framers and every conceivable construction, entertainment and service industry have capitalized on illegal workers, taking away from legitimate businesses their ability to compete for bids.

Our health care system is badly broken, which has become a welfare entitlement to foreign nationals who can deliver babies in this country. Instant citizenship is not recognized in the majority of industrialized nation and has been allowed to propagate in the US, and has led to extreme expenditures by hospitals and the proverbial taxpayer.Even American colleges have become political pawns in the illegal immigration mess. Just as Illegal aliens get free treatment in the health care matrix, they are now demanding the right to in State tuition for their children? Yet American students have to pay high tuition payments, of which the federal government remains silent on the issue

This unsustainable greed cannot last much longer as wages fall and benefits are extinguished by the ruthless use of illegal labor. E-Verify, the local police 287 (g) with the power to arrest, didn’t exist prior to President Bush introduction to the job market. From its inception E-Verify to stem illegal aliens from stealing jobs from millions of legitimized workers as part of the progressive SAVE ACT. Free trade under the NAFTA treaty became an abomination, as it deposed indigenous farmers from their income lands South of the border, thanks to US agricultural corporations. They needed to feed their families, so in their desperation they came looking for work in the United States. This catch 22 situation has appropriated lands in Mexico for US agricultural interests, at the same time forcing millions striving to reach this nation. As the Obama administration considers CIR, the numbers of illegal immigrants will rise in apportionment to the new AMNESTY law being to be enacted.

It might seem meaningless now, but if the rush to the border comes, as its been said by blogger’s like me and even the press, whom normally have their fingers in their ears. That–NOTHING–will–STOP–the onslaught. The US Border Patrol needs to be enforced with the National Guard, because the numbers who try to force a way into America will freeze the brain. OUR COUNTRY HAS BEEN CRIPPLED BY ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION AND WILL CONTINUE TOO, BECAUSE OF POOR ENFORCEMENT. THE NUMBERS OF 12 TO 13 MILLION ALREADY HERE, DOESN’T ADD UP?

Those who have urged President Obama to enact this nonsensical AMNESTY, will be out-of-office, in the 2010 election year. Sen.Harry Reid (D-NV) leading the pack of wolves, will be the first to end up on the political funeral pyre. Those who come here from South of border and the very tip of South America, will enter with contagious diseases, criminal records and may be even terrorists. Those who slip across the Canadian border or through lengthy tourist lines at airport terminals could also be carriers of many viruses, not seen in America for fifty years.

All these millions of extra mouths to feed, will overload the government entitlement system and our crammed prisons. For many Americans this use of illegal labor and the consequences of Overpopulation seems the least of their worries, in this devastated economy. Perhaps it seems foolish to expect patriotic Americans to make their voices known, but if we do not stop this AMNESTY. We will be committing financial suicide for every legitimate person in this country, for every low skilled, unskilled US worker. Once Health care is reformed or not, President Obama and the Democratic leaders intend to force on us into another Amnesty, or what they like to call IMMIGRATION REFORM at the beginning of 2010. THAT WHAT THEY CALLED THE 1986 IMMIGRATION REFORM BILL (ICRA) THAT WAS NEVER ENFORCED.

That is $35 billion from legal immigrants and $26 billion from illegal immigrants) This is–AFTER–immigrants’ contribution in taxes has been subtracted. As outrageous as the cost are now to the unsuspecting taxpayers, the rising tide of immigration will lift it even higher in years to come. Where now illegal immigrants poured into the country, faster than regular immigration numbers. In 2002, the annual net cost of immigration had risen to $66 billion, with no end in sight. A study from the National Bureau of Economic Research, based on the Census Bureau’s Survey of Income and Program Participation, analyzed the cost of immigrants based on their specific use of (means-tested) welfare entitlements (both direct and indirect), and revealed that the total immigrant receipt of benefits in 1996 came to $180 billion.That annual amount has to grown to out-of-control proportions, as the population of legal and illegal immigrants imported to one million new people a year. After these numbers were released, there seem to be an intentional reluctance to offer costs for both legal and illegal immigrant cost to the US taxpayer. Bloggers have demonstrated to me that if employers explain to old and new hires, that the US government is implementing audits of companies throughout America. That any time ICE agents might appear without any warning and runn an audit on any business at any time. That their 1-9’s will be submitted to ICE, including photocopies of documents that–YOU–gave to us at the beginning of employment. ICE seems to be the magic word that means detention and deportation for anybody working under assumed Social Security cards, ID and other ill-gotten documentation if caught. Once alerted to this implication, those in this country illegally will be absent from work the next day. E-VERIFY IS THE ANSWER TO THE DESPERATE JOBLESS AMERICAN WORKERS AND MUST BE MADE PERMANENT. Laws to do with apprehension of illegal immigrants have always been compromised? Currently an employee’s photo document is displayed on the E-Verify computer screen. At present, the photo screening tool will only “function” when an employee presents a recent version of a permanent resident card (I-551) or employment authorization document (EAD) as proof of employment authorization. A new security feature will add a watermark across the image that when viewed says “E-Verify Use Only”. This is to prevent unauthorized use or fraudulent manipulation of government-issued ID photograph. This will lessen any critic’s issue, to stop the griping and entertain .another court case? E-verify has the capability now to identify illegal immigrants using phony driver’s licenses and many other procured American entitlements. DEVALUING THE US LEGAL WORKER

Other than a permanent E-Verify, the–ONLY–alternative to resolving the problem of illegal aliens in the workplace is a national ID card? As a naturalized citizen I have absolutely have no disagreement with carrying a government identity picture ID card. There are many concerns with being a card-carrying member of American society; unlike hundreds of other nations where it’s mandatory. But now E-Verify has surfaced to the detriment of Democratic leaders and a whole host of open border proponents. Amongst law-abiding businesses the E-Verify program has become extremely popular and now it has condensed in the Public’s mind that E-Verify is a good thing? It has become a savior for 15.3 percent jobless American workers, even though the power brokers in Washington have thrown every obstacle in the way to condemn it? As it becomes more credible in the employers eyes, it now has far reaching effects in detecting fraudulent documentation. Another innovation that takes effect in December is a photograph identification tool, which will compare other immigration documents. Another possible contribution by the federal government is adding a picture ID from Drivers Licenses and US passports to compare with associated documents to verify workers identities.

Currently more than 148,000 participating businesses at nearly 560,000 working locations nationwide are using E-Verify to authenticate their workers’ employment eligibility. Since Oct, 2008, more than 7.8 million employment verification queries have been assessed through the digital system and approximately 96.9 percent of all inquiries are automatically confirmed now as job authorized within 24 hour period or less. The illegal job magnet might be slipping away, if–ONLY–ICE is not completely stripped of its ability to assail suspicious businesses with agents and not demoralized by paralyzing orders from Washington. After this battle that has stirred Americans tempers over Health Care Reform,  the explosion of angry voices is going to be nothing in comparison to potential immigration reform issue.  Just read the revolutionary talk on the Internet as Texas bloggers are declaring their right to secede from the union. Others less obvious are referring to the “Lock and load” if another AMNESTY is slipped by the American people. Thousands of bloggers have investigated this Goliath problem that is effecting every taxpayer in this nation. They are aware President Obama along with the Democratic devious representatives, such as Sen. Harry Reid, Speaker Pelosi, Homeland Security Chief Janet Napolitano,   have used  underhand tactics,  to slice away  E-Verify  that had become a major deterrent in the workplace in removing illegal labor. Why should American workers compete for jobs with foreign nationals?

The White House has amplified there hearsay as stating the administration has generated 650.000 new jobs for Americans? But they have negated to disclose to the American population they imported 1,125.000 during the same period. The economy is in dire straights, there are approximately 15 million legal populace jobless and are they really intending to force through some form of AMNESTY?  The growing grassroots organizations need more patriotic reinforcements to repeatedly call their politicians, who are supposedly protecting American workers, keeping our nation from irreversible OVERPOPULATION that will condemn us to third world density in large cities and communities. We cannot continue to absorb millions of impoverished, poorly skilled individuals. We have for decades which our elected representatives have ignored and introduced a serious balkanization through illegal usurpers who remain un-assimilated,  refuse to learn our language and introduced a host incorrigible third world logic, not patterned on the way the multitude of abiding citizens see our culture, life style and  values.

An example is the killing of animals in backyards for some ritual sacrifice. On a grand scale driving while drunk and ending the life’s of whole families on the highways or pedestrians. Underage ravishment of children, accepted as the norm in many foreign lands. Superiority over women that has marked Middle Eastern men, that disregard human rights, including the ending a life because of dishonor to the family. There are many innocuous instances of female genitalia mutilation, consistent with customs of countries that still exist in archaic corners of our world?  Foreigners come to our nation and demand us as a nation; our people comply with their compliances, not the reverse. In Europe a major problem is arising regarding extreme religious beliefs, which is a danger to the Judeo-Christian culture from the mass immigration from countries that have been in upheaval for thousands of years. We live in a country of moderation, freedom of thought and speech given to us by the founding fathers.

Why Europe is stomaching foreign immigrants dictating to Parliaments, the church is beyond my understanding, because it will eventually turn its population against these ideologies.
